An invitation to join us and help The Bees

We are the BEE KEEPERS a group of supporters that collectively sponsor the Bees. Each month (via standing order) we transfer whatever we are happy to part with, into the BEE KEEPERS fund (£25 is the suggested amount, that’s just 82p per day).

At present there are about twenty of us and between us we contribute around £4,000 per year to the budget, but imagine if there were one hundred of us contributing a combined total of around £25K to £30K, the Bees could begin to challenge our rivals on a much more even financial footing. The team that Coxy and Smits have put together for the 2011 – 2012 season is a big improvement and the hard work done by Katie & Stuart in providing the budget for the guys to work with, is to be applauded. However we all know that without the supporters turning up on match nights and spending their cash on programmes, 50-50, merchandise and all the rest, the club would struggle.

Financially times are tough and the contribution made by the Bee Keepers is just one of the reasons our owners carry on running the club. So if you are still reading this why not join us and become a Bee Keeper yourself? Forms are available from the merchandise table from any of the Supporters Club committee. Don't forget that this is a long term commitment, not just whilst the season is in progress but ongoing, join us and together we can make a huge difference.
