Bees match night procedure

The Bees Management, in conjunction with the John Nike staff, have had to revert back to the original match night procedure. We have unfortunately had to reintroduce this because we are aware that there are a number of individuals who are gaining entry to Bracknell Bees games without paying. These select few are spoiling things for the majority of our regular loyal fans which has necessitated in us having to reintroduce this again.

The procedure is as follows:

Season ticket holders or those with a valid match night ticket and over the age of 18 wishing to come into the arena before the game starts will be allowed up to the bar if they arrive at the rink before 4:45pm. No admittance will be permitted after this time and no entry rink side from the bar area will be permitted. Those arriving after 4:45pm, will not be allowed into the arena until 5:15pm when the arena will open as usual for match night.

Families with babies, the elderly or disabled with be allowed to wait in the reception area.

We would kindly ask that any families whose children play a game before the Bees match, would leave the arena as quickly as practicably possible after their game via the main doors from skate hire, even if they are planning to attend the Bees game. Mascots will be permitted rink side upon presentation of tickets.

Those of you who follow the Bees to away matches will be familiar with this type of procedure as all other rinks implement the same guidelines for visiting and regular fans.

We would also like to remind everyone that you must present you ticket or pass whenever you enter the arena regardless of which door you enter from. We understand that rink staff are going to be more vigilant so even if you are a regular fan or sponsor, you will be asked to show your ticket or pass. This includes anyone leaving the arena to have a cigarette during the period breaks. We recommend that you take your ticket or pass with you otherwise there will be no re-admittance.
